This great! I'm of making one myself and chunks keep falling apart as I try shape it the me way you have yours displayed. How in the world did you keep in from falling apart? Did you glue every piece as you go? Please help!!!! LOL

I glue pieces as I went along, except where it curves up to the head. I positioned those and then used a toothpick to insert glue to hold them in place. then let the glue dry and finished upwards toward the head.

Thanks for this tip, I'm almost done, just need to attach the the pieces that fell off and glue them then after that varnish it Thanks again for your help!
