Description And here is my finished cover to the first issue of Dexter's Laboratory at IDW (one of the variants for the issue). Huge amount of thanks goes to my partner-in-crime Pamela Lovas, who really made it look so much better with her colors and adding some great background elements to it.

The first issue of the mini-series is going to be solicited in the new Diamond Previews catalog for items coming out in April. As of now, it's only a mini-series. But I'm hopeful if the orders do well, they'll extend our run like they did with Powerpuff Girls and Samurai Jack. Pre-ordering will help that. Much thanks!

Awesome work. Will there be anymore Dexter's Lab comics that will be published?

Sadly none at the moment. IDW no longer has the license and no idea if any other publishers will pay to pick it up.

How about Bongo Comics? It's not a mainstream comic publisher, but it publishes ongoing Futurama, Simpsons, and SpongeBob SquarePants comics. As a hobby and somewhat professional artist, I'm really hoping to get my series (which is about a world of feral dogs, living like civilized human beings, in the state of North Carolina) in the media one day, too. In a nutshell, four-legged, clothes-less dogs replaces the world of humans, going through every day struggles like we do. And not only that, they have minority animals like cats, wolves, and sometimes zoo animals living in the area as well. The cats and wolves aren't treated as well as the dogs sometimes, and there are groups of dogs that are completely against that. I'm sorry I kind of went off on a tangent there, but I thought that you'd might be interested in what kind of cartoon I've been coming up with. This series of mine has existed as a concept for nine years and counting now. Anyway, I hope you DO continue to pursue your hopes and dreams in the cartooning industry!

I am really enjoying all of the "Cartoon Network" comics from IDW and Dexter's Lab is already on my pull list at my local comic shop. I am very glad that we have deviantART that allows us to make connections with amazing creators of marvelous art work like you.
