Dude, the ending was so sad, so freaking sad to me, because i know that Charlie is probably dead by now, she died without even giving goodbye to Bee, they never had the chance to meet again.

But even then, the movie had to have been a soft reboot because the broad strokes don’t line up to the canon of Bayformers. But Hasbro has finally stated that Bumblebee is the reboot. And even before Hasbro made the official announcement, it was already known that an Optimus Prime solo movie and a direct sequel to Bumblebee were in development.
And Hailee Steinfeld and John Cena have mentioned that they’re up for returning!
