so many we wish today,
as forever we do,
but all is not all,
as the hardship of this goodbye sets in,
i sit in my lonely chair,
forgotten by the outside world,
wishing i could of saved you,
save you from the loneliness,
the sorrow and sadness,
the pain and anger,
the emptiness,
but you were gone already,
put in to a wooden cage,
trapped for eternity,
the hardship of this goodbye,
it pains me it makes me sick,
but all i can do is sit,
sit and let this stream of tears flow down my face,
the hardship of goodbye,
what is it to us all,
what hardship,
goodbye hard words to say!
