Just a scribble notebook 4-koma I did yesterday at Lunch. I might scrap this later ... I've been obsessed with these two lately (more specifically the pairing). Behold my horrible handwriting ... XD If you can't read it:Panel 1
Mello: So you got the plan, Matt?

The idea came to me that morning before school, except the line was "...can I sleep [in your bed] with you tonight?". XD Mello is most often the seme in this pairing, so Matt should have a chance too!
Seriously, who is the uke? Mello has the longer hair, but Matt's the cute one. Mello's ... no they're both pretty hot ... Matt's the tech support, though ... Mello has the whole "badass-injury-from-a-bomb-he-activated-himself" thing ... uh ... The world might never know ...
Oh, and the "Mello Special Chop" thing? Please pay it no mind. XD

Hmm...Matt is so the seme in my mind, because Mello, even if he has the whole badass attitude, he still needs a hug and a kiss... He's the impulsive, reckless, unstable and childish one. Matt's the level-headed one, the one who knows how to say the right things at the right moment...

in all the fanfictions and doujins i've read Mello has the upper part,but he's the one who recieves "it", but Matt always is tied or submitted to the blond's desires...It's a strange relationship,though

Yeah, I've read those, too. Mello is the older and (I'm not totally sure, but) taller of the two, so he's usually the seme, but I like to think they can be either uke or seme.

im confused and no one will explain to me whixh is the seme and which is the uke cause how i learnes it was uke was the you know and seme was the well one that was on bottom or whatever but now im learning it a new way and im confused with that

Ohhhh, I get it. I'll try to explain from the beginning: BoyxBoy Yaoi pairings consist of "ukes" and "semes", literally "receiver" and "attacker" respectively, which can be compared to the English "top" and "bottom". These terms originated in martial arts, but have been used for sexual content.
Semes, the "tops", are the actual "man" figure in the relationship. They are often stronger, older, taller, handsome looking, protective of their partners, and/or have a more stereotypically masculine demeanor than the uke. The seme usually pursues the uke first. (examples: Roy Mustang, Seto Kaiba, etc.)
Ukes, the "bottoms", are more "pretty" looking/cute and often are girlier, have longer hair, are younger than their partner, are less experienced sexually, and/or are shorter. (example: Edward Elric, Yugi, etc.)
The "positions" and stereotypes are common but not all works adhere to them, such as "reversibles," or pairings that that either character could be an uke or seme, although there is often a majority opinion. (examples: LxLight, SasuNaru, MattxMello, etc.)
Going back to my comic, although Mello is seemingly the uke with longer hair and sexual stances, he is often the seme with the fact that Matt is working under him.
