yes it is, i've heard that there have been some where I live a few times in my life, but I've never actually seen it, and I doubt it was very strong and beautiful like in this painting

I don't know where to start first...these awesome colors you've combined, or how magical it looks like, with the little snowflakes everywhere, the beautiful aurora above, or the building in the far away distance.
The two critters look very cool too, especially the bear.
