Of all the Zelda games I have never played yet this one and Wind Waker. I heard this Zelda is as dark as Twilight Princess.

Wind Waker is a decent game. Not one that has much replay value for me, but I still recommend at least a playthrough.
Edit: I just want to clarify that I don’t think Wind Waker doesn’t have any replay value. I know that many people love the game greatly and love playing it through multiple times. I just never felt compelled to play through it again as much as I have with OoT, MM, and TP. I probably played it all the way through maybe twice.
Majora’s Mask is often referred to as one of the best games in the Nintendo catalog. And it is a dark game, and I dare say maybe even darker than Twilight Princess. It is a game I highly recommend anyone plays.
