I mostly drew this to practice drawing backgrounds. I feel like I am definitely getting better, but getting proportions right is a tad really bit irritating.
So yeah, Yang and Neo... Having a rematch... on the train again... Why are they on a train again? I have no idea. There's no real story here so don't ask me.
Where are Yang's scarf and butt cape? I forgot them... Oh well.
