There's this 'Shiny' format for Pokemon, and I thought that could apply here as well.

This was supposed to be a really cool pose thingy with Shadow, but Shadow decided to die on me, so now I'm left with a wasted sketch and an awesome looking Sonic. (For once.)

The solution?

Fold it in half and color!

First done with my ink pens, and then four different blue colored pencils for fun. Add a bit of photoshop glow, and BOOM! Simple, yet effective.

...actually, I don't know why Sonic is all shiny here. I think to myself, "Oh he's just so powered up on chaos energy, that it's running on his skin and stuff!"

But then I think..."If that's the case, then why aren't his quills upturned and his eyes red?"

so....meh. -.- He looks cool, so who cares?
