Okay I have been working on this one since April. It is based on a picture from our last trip tp D*Land. I hated the way the statue of Walt and Mickey kept coming out with "paint" so I finally did it with "chalks". I used "oils" on the flowers and the greenery and "acrylics" on the castle.Painted on a Wacom in Painter X.

Holy crap, at first glance this really looks like a photo, but on closer inspection you can see the lovely painterly effects, especially in the flowers. Really impressive!

A lot of hard work went into this one. I worked on for several months. I actually had a print made of it that is 20 x 24 and hopefully somewhere along the line I can get it transferred to canvas.

Yeah it took a lot of work, and I finally got to the point I was happy with it. I have to say I probably learned more about the capabilities of Painter X doing this than any previous work.
