Watercolor, pencil colors.Most importantly, What do you feel when you see her? I'd like to know.
Please comment and give me your critique.
I used a new technique today, when I observed an Amazing and most talented watercolor artist agnes-cecile on DA. I tried to integrate her technique into my present one.

Hmm.... To be honest my first impression was just - WOW! This is great! When I looked at it a bit longer I though that perhaps she feels that she is misunderstood, or that no one understands her or maybe she would like to say something but she can't! I am not sure but it is a very good painting!

Thank you so much! I really appreciate it. I wanted to show pain, and dissapointment. There's somethings in life that can't be spoken bout but can be brought out eventually. Sometimes dissapointment and regret and betrayal is something commonly experienced. Thanks very much again.

I mostly feel curious. What is the source of her worried face? This is interesting as the colours are bright and warm, and yet the sorrow is very evident here.

This is good; I would say maybe give more depth/shadows, and some lighting. Backgrounds can help you decide what type of lighting and shadowing will look best.

I see, but i decided not to give backgrounds cause I didn't want to move the focus from the face. But that may be a better idea. It's one of my first tries. I will improve

You dont have to make the background stand out much, a bit of depth and shadows to that as well can help bring out the foreground even more, if done properly. Any anytime!

her eye's are telling me that she is sad about something.sorrow is covering her eye;s.her hair is like fire and tells me to stay at a distance.I can not touch her because she is fire.she wantsd me to stay at a distance. the drawing is beautifull...keep up the good work
