A little suggestion for lip sync:
When you hold a vocal [A, E, I, O, U] for a few seconds, or just longer than usual, shape tween the mouth.
In your case "Are y[ooouuu] ready?"
in the "ooouuu" part, tween the mouth to change its shape a bit, in your case it was a circle, so tween it into an oval, just a bit, nothing too exaggerated.
