Excellent move! If I'm to understand the youtube vid correctly...Is this a special move of Abel thats being taken away in future games or something?

yeah, in the next upgrade of Super Street Fighter 4, that particular move is going to be weakened severely because in the current version it's too powerful...so players were abusing it to win, lol.
