Hi dudes, I just finished a graphite study, based on a painting of the awesome Royo (royoart.com)Took me around 3 hours but was a lot of fun and very hard also, I need to study more

Thanks a lot! I need to work on it more, I wanna be able to create amazing pieces from my mind for the times that I have basically no time to research for references or take pictures myself

Thank you but mine is a simple pencil study, his version is an amazing oil painting. I love the way he uses the strokes to form the painting and the use of color is just amazing. Isn't it? Thanks for your kind commentΒ

His style is not really my taste. Too complaisant, not enough edges. Skillfully done, but nothing new.
Your pencil sketch on the other hand has edges and a certain grittyness which I find way more appealing. If I had the choice to hang one of the two pictures in my room, I'd choose yours 1000times. Even though most of your works here are digital, you really know how to use a pencil, which means a lot nowadays.

I agree about the edges, that's the only thing that IMHO needs to be better. Thank you very much for your kind comment, it means a lot that you think that way of my drawing, really
