Description
My first Art in PT Sai
If you can zoom, you see a cool mirror effect in his Glasses!
It's one of the Scene Artworks for Paradox: Tempus
(And a another Fan Made Amiga Cover)The Location is destroyed in the Future Dimension. Based on a real location in Germany, but a bit different Styled.
I release the Castle, when it's really finished :3

This is pretty ok. I like the mirror effect on the glasses!
The castle is really neat, to! The only problem is the robot.
The lineart on the robot is really wobbly at some points, making the robot look very lumpy. To fix that, use Sai's curve lineart tool and try to make the least points (is that what they're called? I haven't used Sai in years XD) as possible to make it less wobbly (but don't do this for circles or arcs!). Later on you can add more points, just keep them equally spaced out from each other! If you're making a circle, google up "how to make circles in Sai" and it'll show you how to make a perfect one with the curve tool.
Another thing is shading. The scene you made the robot in is during nighttime, so shading like this could be hard ;u;
For one thing, it looks like you don't really have a specific light source. If there's no light source, only put shading in the really tight areas where light is not likely to reach. Example, at the bottom of the feet or in the area between the torso and the arm. DON'T airbrush at every single edge you see.
Speaking of airbrush, don't just use airbrush to shade. Try using the watercolor brush along with the airbrush to get more realistic shading! (if you're using a mouse to draw, then stick to the airbrush but make it more "sharp", or to say to make the edge of the brush more visible)
Also notice how the castle in the back and the sky are super blue. In order to add more atmosphere to this drawing, make everything be tinted the same color. To tint the robot, make a new layer, bucket fill it with a dark blue (not too dark) and have it overlay the robot layer. Put the blue layer on Overlay, and mess around with the opacity until you get something just right!
