Description Protectors of Christ, the Three Wise Men (From L to R: Melchior, Baltazar and Gaspar) were the Persian sages who went to the grotto in Bethlehem where Jesus was born, following the star that led Mary and Joseph there. The wise men have brought symbolic gifts twelve nights after his birth: Gaspar brought myrrh, because it would be a prophet would be a wise, Melchior brought him incense, because it would be a wise  and Baltazar brought him gold, because it would be a king. It was they who predicted that Christ would be the savior of the Jewish people, using the power of words. The power of clairvoyance and divination of the Three Kings comes from his descendants: The three are half human, half djinns (Beings inhabitants of the Arabic deserts, look like humans, but with supernatural powers and can live thousands of years). Still wander through the desert in silence, waiting for Ragnarok to unsheathe their black iron swords.
