When the Borg assimilated her they decided to demote their current Borg Queen because... hell this one came with her own collective.
This collective is equipped with a whole slew of potent toxins that can turn flesh into mush, cause paralysis and all kinds of other things snake venom is feared, celebrated and milked for.
Smile Queen... the One Queen to rule them all!
Imagine the battle of the two Borg queens for supremacy... and having the Federation and other worlds caught up in this inter- dimensional cat fight.
