what program did you use i been trying to put the base on the profile like forever!!! bc i use paint

I actually use paint. when you use the cut tool, there are two things where the brush sizes usually are. make sure the second one is highlighted blue. then paste you character you have to use the back ground color and color in a white outline around the base, so it's a little tedious, but it works.
