I'm making an observation about the piece, i am making no judgments on the maker. Your statement was not directed at my observations, it was directed at me. I am not judging you, your skill, your creativity, that is all out of the question. I am just stating what I think it looks like. That is far from me being judgmental. To be fair, it does look a lot like Jynx. And we can't see it's stats.
The type difference is notable but it doesn't stop it from looking like a Jynx evolution. Or a shiny Jinx evolution.

It's a lot different from Jynx stats wise, and typings are different.

The typing i can understand is different, but we can't see the stats here and this doesn't change the design from looking like Jynx.
It's not an insult, I like Jynx's design, and this design is cool in it's own right. But you can't use stat spreads, type changes and a Mega evolution to deny the two appear similar.
