I was bored and some stats I've made for the whole evolutionary line:
Kelprince: 65/40/52/64/44/35 = 300
Royalgon: 90/55/71/88/58/58 = 420
Emperalga: 135/70/110/130/82/73 = 600
There are no HP-based Dragon-types or Pseudo-Legendaries, so I decided to make HP and Special Attack the main focuses. Feel free to use these if you wish!

Amazing design, shading and technique as always.
The only thing that doesn't feel right is the loss of its water type.
It will still have water moves in its move-pool after evolution and the beastly speed it will have with its Attack stats will be able to OHKO any Fire types before they can get a shot off. Doesn't take away from the deviation, just some input i thought you might want for the game.
