Description
So this is an addition to my other OCs Silas, Simeon, Val and Quinn [link] all these characters belong to a not so secret organization that serves and protects mankind. They are an organization made up of the supernatural, the immortal, the magical and basically the impossible. Members of this organization range from your typical werewolf and vampires to downright mutants. The organization is made up of teams (or squads) of 8 (usually). These teams are randomly chosen and each team must have at least one healer. Every team has a partner group that they go on missions with. this allows for variety in the powers and strengths present on each given mission. Each team also has their own custom uniforms, all uniforms must contain the organization symbol (that weird triangle thingy on their abdomen) Anyway, here are some quick bios of these 4 characters, who are on the same squad as Silas, Simeon, Val and Quinn (squad 8).

Camryn Tate (top left): Cammy is 18 years old. She is telekinetic and is also a ginger. (so obvs she has no soul JK) Cam is also immortal, okay well not exactly immortal but she ages slowly. Most mutants have this ability and often live over 100 years without physically aging. (Quinn, Simeon and Silas are also immortal). Cammy is was one of the first members of her team to join this organizaiton. She has also lived the longest. Camryn was born in 1895 in Scotland and stopped aging at 18. Her mother was 17 when she gave birth to Camryn and her father was 26. Her family moved to America when she was 13. Her was in the army and died during the first world war, her mother passed away in 1949 after suffering a heart attack. Camryn discoverred her abilities by accident after having an argument with her younger sister, her family and neighbours had believed her abilities to be gifts of the devil and ostrasized her. Only her mother and sister had stayed by her side. Because Camryn was not aging and people had started to notice, Camryn, her mother and her little sister had to constantly move around. Camryn, although confused about how she obtained her abilities and what they meant, had trained herself and was able to control her telekinesis. After landing in Wisconsin in 1950 (her mother dead and her now 37 year old younger sister had a family of her own) she had met a girl who she soon discovered was just like her, another gifted person. The girl's name was Amelia and had explained to Camryn everything she knew about their kind and introduced her to the (still unamed) organization. Cam then moved with Amelia to New York and began her training. Camryn became really good friends with Amelia and eventually the friendship turned into romance (whaat. why yes, Cammy is a lesbian. lesbihonest) By 1992, Camryn was the (temporary) leader of squad 8 and was also in charge of recruitment. In 1993 Camryn was sent to the London headquarters to train a new recruit who soon became her new team mate and girlfriend. Cam is very dedicated to her training and is the most experienced member of her team.

Emerson Rhodes (top right): Em is 17 years old, and very blond. She is an earth elemental and, like Camryn Tate, is also immortal. Oh yeah and she is also bisexual (or bi curious, what ever you want to call it). Emerson was born in 1977 and is the youngest member of her team. She was born and raised in London but was orphaned as a child. Her abilities revealed themselves at an early age because of a near death experience. When she was 10, she and her parents were in a car accident that sent their car over a bridge and into a river. Emerson had hit her head and was temporarily unconscious. When blacked out, she had dreamed she had super powers and when she woke up and realized what was happening, she began to panic, with her eyes closed and her hands trashing around, she he didn't notice until later that she was actually using her abilities to lift the earth beneath her family car until they were above water. Emerson managed to save herself but unfortunately her parents had suffered head traumas that they would not wake up from. Em had ignored her gift for a while after being sent to the orphanage, but one day out of boredom and spite for the gray colors and bland surrounding her room she made a wish that she could have just one bright red flower. Just as a joke, she went out to the flowerless garden (in the middle of winter) and managed to make a healthy, bright red rose appear. A few years later, the orphanage was forced to close down and the children were sent to group homes. Emerson continued to live in a home until she was 16 and was sent to an all girls boarding school. She continued to hide her abilities for 2 years, until 1993 when her roommate, Sara, caught her using her abilities. As it turns out, Sara was actually a recruit manager for the organization and was scoping out fellow mutants in the boarding school. Sara told Emerson about the organizaiton and eventually took her to the London headquarters where a trainer was waiting for her. That trainer was Camryn Tate. And as you can guess, their relationship became more than just a work relationship. Camryn and Emerson have been dating for 15 years and live together on the residence of the New York headquarters.

Marin Smith (bottom left): Mar is 26 years old and is the newest member of squad 8. She is not immortal and was human until she was 23, when she was attacked and bitten by a rogue werewolf which caused her to turn into one herself. Mar is married to Finley Smith (bottom right) and they have a 5 year old daughter who was born 2 years before Marin was turned. Mar has a scar that stretches across her left thigh from the werewolf attack. Mar is originally from Hawaii but moved to New York with Finley after meeting him on an extended vacation (see Finley bio). Mar has the least amount of training on her squad but because of her speed and strength and size as a werewolf she is a very important asset to her team. Outside of the organization, Marin teaches at a local elementary school, the school that her daughter attends. She teaches morning kindergarten class. She also coaches a children's soccer team. Mar is the most "human" of her team. She tries not to think about or acknowledge her werewolf...ism...she tends to want to live a normal life but continues to fight with her team out of fear for her daughter's safety.

Finley Smith (bottom right): Finn is 27 years old and has super strength as well as telepathy. He is married to Marin Smith and has a 6 year old daughter named Natalie. Finley is immortal and was born in 1904. His powers developed slower than other mutants and didn't start to develop muscle until he was well into his teens. His telepathy is a rather new development and only fully developed when he was 19, Finn stopped ageing at 27 in 1931. Finley lived on his own for most of his life, he was constantly moving around and never really had many friends. He had one best friend who he travelled the world with. He too was a mutant named Seth Lee, his power was duplication and he's now a member of squad 8's partner team, squad 16. Finn met Marin met when he was on a recruitment mission in Hawaii. He met Marin at a beach party and they became fast friends. Finn told Marin that he was there on an extended vacation, not wanting to reveal his true intentions and his mutant-ness. After a few months of friendship, Finn asked Mar out and after their first date he finally told her about his powers. To his joy, she was actually thrilled to find out her knew boyfriend was some sort of macho man. After 2 years of dating, Marin moved to New York with Finn. Marin then became pregnant that same year and they got married a year later. Finn and Marin live in a loft on the New York headquarters residence. Outside of superhero work, Finn co-owns a local nightclub with Seth (who often performs with his band there). Finn also fought in the first world war. Finn is highly trained in hand to hand combat and is working on weapon training. Finn loves joking around with Marin and often uses his telepathy to play with Marin's dreams whenever she's napping (which is a lot). His telepathy has come a long way and can use his telepathy on his team so that they can telepathically communicate with each other through him. It's complicated.

Anyway, these are the rest of the team 8 members. All together team 8 consists of Silas, Simeon, Val, Quinn, Camryn, Emerson, Marin and Finley.

Next I'll be putting up some more minor characters that make up team 16.
