It's a damn good model I'll give you that. I've though about doing a Prime myself using parts of other 'nids, like the face of a blister Ravner and claws of a Broodlord or Lictor. The Boneswords would have to be custom made though.
Do you mind me asking you how you did the model (in detail), please. Send me a note if do.

The face is from warriors.
head is ravener.
upper body is ravener.
The legs are old Tyrent guard legs.
Lower body is warrior. tail is Old tyrant guard lash whip
The arms whit swords are warrior scything talons who have been converted and then ogre kingdom sword glued on them
the small claws he have is Deathsleppers rending claws

And I saw your Tervigon model, it's unreal. I don't know how you made it, but congrat's. Also I spotted something that might interest you. Look at page 4 of the codex. The Gaunt on the bottom right is much larger than the others. What do you think it is, a Prime Gaunt.

i created 4 raveners from the ravener box ^^
and many parts i use has been broken from other models before. txp the Lash whip from guards

The swords are actually swords. Tyranid warrior Kan have Bone swords. Ignore armor saved and if you have 2 of them enemy model Ned to take LD test on 3d6 and is it more dan his Ld he is instentkiled
