Third character in my series of sprites... Nelo Angelo! For those who don't know thats Dante's twin brother in super bad-ass corrupted devil trigger mode
The blue is too bright, the cloak is too dull and the horns are too yuck XP but it'll do.... and i kinda like it... so yeah, enjoy
