in my school there is this "writting contest" every year...my literature teacher is trying to make it a "comic contest" too...it won't be easy considering that printing colorful comic pages is expensive, but i'll try to send him the one i'm working on just in caseso yeah, this is just the awful cover

It's not awful. There's a lot of vibrant colors and cute characters, both of which are pretty essential for a comic book cover. Anything that entices the eye of someone walking by is more than enough.
