You've got some nice silhouettes helping to the frame the photo. I'm assuming this is sunset - the entire scene is a little underexposed - I'd have shot this at F8.0 or something with a long exposure, and a tripod if you have it. Good leading line, but it seems a little short - maybe step back when taking the photo to include a bit more.
One thing I'd suggest it taking a look at the rule of thirds and S-curves. If you're not familiar with each photographic concept, do a quick Google search. That'll help you with composing a photo like this.

well im not entirely familiar with the terms but that kyou i will google the terms and find out.. unfortunately no i do not have a tripod
