Ehm, the reflex in the eyes shouldn't move when she blinks, and should be canceled by the eyelid.
Beside this detail, it's a very nice drawing, i like very much how you solve the legs and feet with the darker outline without making it look too pixelated.

But when working with a palette giving a shadow casted from the eyelid could be a nice touch and it allows to spare cels too.
If you draw the shadow of the eyelid on the eye the brain will build an extra frame.
