Description
“Ghilan'nain Festivities unite all clans in the lands. It marks the beginning of the Long Summer, when the forests are greener, thicken, and safest for travel.
This take place once every five years, and not only reunite old friends and foes. There is also trade, exchange of hallas for new blood in the herds, and marriage celebrations and proposals.
It is also when the small children sing the “Hanal'ghilan“ song, that tells the story of the Golden Halla. Wich appears only in times of great need for the Elvhen.
Celebrations may last several days.”
I like to think the Dalish have happy reunions, where they laugh, eat, meet and fall in love. Keepers share news and tales, and children chase each others laughing, thru the aravels.
This is not canon lore.
