Her upper body seems malformed. Like her right boob is pointing out, but her shoulder doesn't follow suit.
Her left shoulder is turned towards the viewer, which means the right shoulder is turned away. But instead of her right boob half-hiding behind the left one, it's jutting out. It makes no sense and looks really weird.
