Hahah no worries hun, this picture came out very nice. The shading and highlight accentuate the right areas and make him pop out from the background. I especially love the work you did with the hair. The line work for the hair is great!
If you add a little more, or medium tone value changes on the shirt it'll really make the shirt shine. The same amount of shading will really make the facial hair blend too. But over all I love this piece. Even as it stands it is a fantastic depiction of Mark.

Your work is very neat! You can really grade your shadows in a very neat way. If you take more time and add more micro details it will be life-like.
You have very good proportion structure. If you shadow your picture in parallel strokes, you can get more unified look.
