Description Pencils & inks: *rplatt
Coloring: me

This coloring owes much to *gypsyleo 's version, to which it is, admittedly, rather similar. But I figured I'd post it anyway.

No problems with the similarity - there are really only so many ways to colour the Cat. Personally, I rather like the difference it makes leaving her hair more comic-book coloured, with the blue highlights.

Thanks, Liesl. I'm flattered you find something preferable about my coloring, as otherwise it's not that different from yours. (Wholly unintentional, I assure you. lol)

Love the new icon, by the by...Well, how many different colours do they make stone lions either?

Christopher Lloyd is great. I'm no fixture on dA, so that affords me the freedom to change my avatar on a whim. I have a few other avatars (including a couple animated ones) to choose from whenever I feel like it.

My 'dream cast' for "Who's Line Is It Anyway?" would be Ryan Stiles, Colin Mochrie (the two guys who are on the show the most already), John Lithgow and Christopher Lloyd.

And yes, leonid gargoyles are only found in a few shades, ne?

I wept the other week when I heard about the fire that took out the Town Square from that movie...

I would have wept too, had I known about it... before now. *sobs*
Come to mention it, though, I'm surprised it hadn't been torn down long since to make room for more studio. *shrug*

I'm sorry!! This must have been 2-3 weeks ago by now. One of those west coast wildfires, took out a WB backlot. I think it was WB. Anyway, they lost about 200,000 to 300,000 reels of film, which they said they had backups of, elsewhere. The only irrevocable damage done was losing the Town Square from the Back to The Future movies. It seems it was a favourite with many at the studio, and that's why it hadn't been torn down.

No need to be sorry. At least they had copies of the 300k or so reels of film that were lost, and at least the town square lives on in the BTTF movies.

I like the two separate light sources. It's a nice touch for the setting. Great colors, once again.

Thanks, Russ. Assuming that the building she's perched atop is in a city (Gotham City, right?), I figured there'd be yellow-ish lights from the sleepless city below, which would contrast nicely with the blue-white glow from the crescent moon.
