As everyone's said, your style's great, as are your faces. (Everything's lined up perfectly in the 3/4 views, which even a lot of pros get wrong sometimes) but your characters aren't very expressive. Going through your gallery, most of them seem to have the same kind of blank, staring-off-into-the-distance look. Have you tried doing expression studies?
