I really don't think they can be tickled. It was mentioned that the Maho Shoujos can't feel pain due to the Soul Gem thing, and I think immunity to pain would also result in immunity to tickling.
But it's still a good artwork though, and very cute and moe'!

Not even sure why you'd be able to extrapolate that. I mean, are they numb to all senses due to a lack of pain? Can they not taste meals either? Why would you think of a scenario that flies in the face of what makes the pic fun...? xD

I dunno. I just thought that it would be linked to similar senses, pain and tickling. But then again, it is magic, so who knows?

My guess is that it's being done to a certain point because you really can cause pain if you tickle someone intensely enough.
In the end this is simply made for fun. I don't disagree that these girls might not be ticklish at all due to the ability to block pain and such.

May not be foot tickling, but it's still great to see more Madoka tickling! Though considering it's upper body piece, I'm surprised they didn't go for Sayaka and her defenseless pits.
