I've watched both Fate/stay Night and Fate/Zero, and I like each of them.
I will warn you about F/Z though: while it is a good series, it has a lot of moments that hit you in the feels, especially when you know about those who make a appearance in both F/Z and F/sN (ex. Sakura Matou).

Just wait until the Heaven's feel movie adaptation is out. Everyones tears will cry tears. It's a good story but ugh. The feels are intense. I am a diehard fan of the fate series and I enjoy your art very much.
