Effect: New Errata: Activate by paying half of your LP and if you control a "Fallout:Equestria" monster. All monsters on the field and GY (Except for "Fallout:Equestria" Monsters). have their effects negated. If this card is in your GY, you can banish it and 1 "Fallout:Equestria" monster from your GY and special summon 1 "Fallout:Equestria-Ministry Mare Pinkie Pie" from your Extra Deck. (This counts as a Fusion summon) You can only control 1 "Ministry" Continuous trap card.Old Errata: Your Opponent's Monster effects on the field and GY are negated as long as this card is on the field. Your Spell and Trap cards cannot be destroyed by card effects (Except this card). If this card is in your GY, you can banish it and 1 "Fallout:Equestria" Monster from your GY and special summon 1 "Fallout:Equestria-Ministry Mare Pinkie Pie" from your Extra Deck. (This counts as a Fusion Summon) Neither player can activate cards or effects in response to this card's activation.
