Commission for ~Felt like it has been forever since I've done chibis with BG...so when I was uploading this here I was looking at my 2013 folder and apparently it's been 4 months since the last one. ...No wonder... XD Σ(・∞・)
I like the fact it actually has 3 RGB colors in the tone that I love (just realized from looking at the thumbnail) 8D And stripesssss.
