Another book by J. Saramago. This is a novel telling the story of a very human Jesus, struggling between good and evil, God and Satan.
The book originated many critiques in the catholic world due to the topic. One may agree or not with the particular interpretation of Saramago, but the idea is vary original indeed and quite interesting.

I don't want to hurt anybody's feelings with this deviation, it is intended to only depict the book content, as other covers are. There is no meaning in it apart from this.
There is neither any racial intention: I chose these models just beacuse they are perfect for the "role": God looking old and wise and the devil looking misterious, fascinating and with that particular spark in his eyes... I simply could not find someone better (and actually the devil is not so bad in the book)
Anyway, if somebody is hurted or thinks this may hurt somebody else, just tell me and I will remove the deviation.
