We skip ahead a few years in Elza's Walker's life to where she's working as one of the chief scientists for the BSAA (RE5, RE6, RE Revelations 1 & 2, et al).  In this image Elza is entertaining BSAA director Clive O'Brien and her fellow BSAA coworkers Quint Cetcham and Keith Lumley with a story about ... you guessed it ... good ol' John Kendo and one of the more amusing incidents involving him and highlighting both his simple mindedness and tendency towards hit-and-miss actions.  For more information on Elza's time at the BSAA, read the Epilogue to my RE fanfic novel Exodus or wait for the re-posting of the Exodus supplemental web comic "Christmas Surprise (2016)" -- which I hope to do once I'm done with all of these old concept storyboard images and such.

BTW ... it's also during her years with the BSAA that Elza completes and earns her doctorate in biochemistry.  From this time on her formal title on the job and at social occasions is Dr. Elizabeth Walker or Dr. Walker for short, although she still encourages her friends and closest co-workers to continue calling her Elza.  Anyway, Dr. Walker will spend many years with the BSAA and eventually rise in prominence until she becomes a BSAA associate director in charge of biotechnology research and response by the time all is said and done.  By that time Dr. Walker will be recognized as one of the free world's leading experts in bio-organic weapon (B.O.W.) technology -- but always for the common good, of course, and never for the nefarious purposes that others use it for.  So if you hear any of your fellow RE fans or anyone else throwing around the name Dr. Walker with regards to the fight against bioterrorism in the early 21st century in the RE franchise, you'll know who it is (grin-and-wink).  As for Capcom, well ... we can but hope.

One of the things of which Capcom has been continually guilty throughout the years is developing interesting original characters for its various RE franchise adventures as depicted in various media and then either doing nothing else with them or not using them again for years.  Perky little Rebecca Chambers is the best example of the second case, but what about Nikolai Zinoviev (RE3, Outbreak series, RE3 REmake)? There are others too.  Shall I give you some of the more notable examples of the first case?  How about Billy Coen (RE Zero), Carlos Oliveria (RE3/RE3 REmake), Ark Thompson ([Gun] Survivor), Bruce McGivern and Fong Ling (Dead Aim), and more?  As things stand right now Elza Walker doesn't even fall in the second category, given that her game (RE1.5) was cancelled three months shy of release, and the only two things that are "officially canon" (a-hem) about her as of this date (April 2023) are her name and an updated version of her firesuit, both of which were included in RE2 REmake.  Get the picture?  Okay, let's move on.

Having re-weaved Elza's story into a hopefully more exciting, fulfilling, and entertaining adventure with my Exodus fan novel, I didn't want to leave you hanging at its end as to what happened to her after that, as Capcom is so often guilty of doing.  To that end I wrote and included an Epilogue briefly sketching out the rest of her life from after she finishes recovering from the Raccoon City T-Virus Outbreak in 1998 all the way to a few days after the last of the various C-virus outbreaks depicted in RE6 fifteen years later is dealt with.  The above image was made either as I developed the Epilogue or made later after I completed it for highlighting a specific event referenced in it.  To find out more, read the novel!

I also have two more Exodus supplementary web comics, both either covering or set in the Epilogue's time frame, that I hope to repost at a later date.

Enjoy, and feel free to remake as your artistic talents and available resources permit.  You have my permission!
