It's about what I generally noticed in your work. The character's head is facing forward, yet the facial features (like nose, for example) are facing to the side. Also, you might want to study some human anatomy. Drawing is not only about using pencil, but understanding the thing you want to draw.

On the bright side, you just seem to start doing things, which means you shouldn't take what I just said to harshly. Everyone has to start from some point. Smile, and don't give up.
