So, this is a Shellder that, for whatever reason, has been removed from a Slowbro's tail.

This will be technically one of my "Fakemon".

It is not a Shellder evolution. It IS Shellder.

Imagine it as being a "Form" for Shellder. One in which it gets a major power boost.

A Slowbro that loses the Shellder on its tail will revert back to a Slowpoke, but a Shellder that is removed from a Slowbro will remain as it is. This.

It is far more heavier and larger than a Shellder, and has a pretty chunky boost to its stats.

I originally just wanted to sprite a Slowbro's Shellder, but decided to go a bit further and use it in the Mizou Region.

The method of receiving this type of Shellder is not entirely too complicated. You must have one free slot in your party, and are to take a Slowbro to a special hot spring in the Mizou Region.

Slowbro must be the first Pokémon in your party for this to work. The spring will relax Slowbro. The Shellder will loosen its grip on the Slowpoke's tail and slip off. "Slowbro" will return to its previous form.

This sprite was made completely from scratch, though the colors are from the sprite of Slowbro in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl.
