No. I am convinced that this is a photo that happens to look like a watercolor. Its that good.

Interesting technique. I like how you used some of the water pools for clouds and some of the water reflection. I really like the sunset colored clouds on the left, since they do look like they are blowing into the night sky, and some well placed water pools give it some more depth. In some places, they do stick out a little bit, such as that little spot close to the bottom left corner and some spots in the upper middle, but for the most part I like the effect a lot. Great job.

I love the colors! I also have some (hopefully) constructive feedback. The lines in the sky where the watercolors pool up are a little distracting, I like the cloud-like effect you seemed to have been going for, but making it more subtle would have a better effect IMO.
