The first time I draw her and she dies. .___. -fail-
I fully intended on doing a nice sunny drawing of her, but when the part "Apollo is set to inherit the family business, assuming "the family" does not kill her first" caught my eye. And that inspired this.
I experimented with extra-chunky lines in this, and I don't think I'm pleased with them as much as I would like to be. Things will be returning to business as usual, I believe, even though I'm kind of determined to make them work. >>; I think it's my 'shading style' that messes it up so much. Aside from that, I'm pretty happy with it, pose-angle wise and such. Hopefully her hair is how it would properly be if she fell like that.

Awesome job! Props on a really difficult body type. For being dead she looks hauntingly peaceful, or at least, indifferent. I think you should continue to experiment with the chunky lines too, they give alot of character to this pic! Great job. I also love the flare of her hair.

Thank you. x] Pear-shaped bodies are in these days I suppose. Peaceful seemed to suit the situation as it ran out in my mind...she doesn't seem to be the type to panic in life, so I figured the same in death. I'm still working on the thick lines. Hopefully, they'll work out next time.

LOL YEAH I think they are...Now I want a pear-ed gal XDDD. Peaceful death is goooddd...I would never be so calm! XDDD I've looked death in the face at least twice now, and cried like a bitch both times LOL. XD And I hope so, it's fun to try new things artistically...not like I'd know because I rarely break from my comfortable niche, but when I have, it's not usually displeased me XD.
