Attempting to adopt ~x-spirantcougar-x 's FCA 28

I have been looking/trying to think of the perfect design for this character for months, and when I saw this design for adoption, I knew I had to try for it in spite of life trying to assrape me. She is a wonderful representation of what DS looks for, and the epitome of his 'type' appearance wise. The simplicity and beauty is what he loves to destroy, and yet she's even beautiful with her eyes gouged out.
Of course, that's one of the things that is probably going to nix me from even having a chance. BUT. I did talk to her about it. So. Hopefully. I totally forgot that drawing the shown side was required and the opposite side was just brownie points fml. -bangshead- Okay, application time.

Horse's Nickname: Hana, but prefers her full name
Breed: Pegasus
Gender: Female
Height: 14hh
Color: Cremello
Markings: Lower legs are covered in pink "points"; skin around the muzzle/eye is darker and more extensive that most cremellos; pink wing-shaped marking on each shoulder when wings are not out
Accessories A light blue jeweled headband that dips just above her eyes
Personality: Much different than in her earlier days, she is somewhat timid and fragile, as no other personality she's tried on has seemed to work out for her and she has realized that her beauty, and more importantly life, is not immortal. Even so, she has not been able to weed out her flair for the dramatic, being one to exaggerate even the smallest thing for the sake of attention. However, her life has led her to gain some positive traits, such as humility and honest-to-goodness kindness. She fears many things, but perhaps it simply ties back to the whole attention-seeking side of her, as she has been through hell and back yet persevered.
History/Backstory: She always was the pretty one, and yet, it was never enough. Always praised and adored, popular amongst the other foals, somehow she always strove for more. Shoshana strove for the spotlight every chance she got, as if she fed upon it. When something new or fascinating came into the herd, another beautiful foal or a spectacular beast visiting from afar, something seized her and turned her into some sort of desperate attention addicted monster. Eventually, she came to become the equivalent of the 'boy who cried wolf' and thus even the good attention waned, for the herd saw her for what she was and despised it. Humbled, she lay low for a while, trying to reestablish herself in the herd fairly modestly. Shoshana made friends the usual way, though the kindness was hollow, and helped with finding shelters and food, though the effort was halfhearted. Eventually, she was welcomed back in, though she was never truly worshiped again.

Just after she had crested that hill from fillydom to adulthood, disaster struck. Upon straying through the woods, feebly looking for pears -- as they were a favorite amongst the herd-- four rogue stallions drew around her. Not recognizing them, nor having any other reason to be friendly, she told them in no uncertain terms to leave. They, however, found this request very amusing and refused. Slowly they herded her against a thick grove of trees, and attacked, the leader mounting her first. She was much smaller than him, looking rather like a large filly in proportion, even into her older years, and after struggling for a bit, stopped trying. It was only until the fourth one that something miraculous happened. Drowning in her misery, trying to think of what she might tell her herd (if she survived, of course), she tried to think of something, anything to do. Concentrate concentrate concentrate...her eyes were clenched shut ("how weak" one stallion snickered) and her legs trembled ("it must be painful for the poor little darling"), and then POP! Giant, colorful wings burst from her withers with such force that it threw the stallion back, and against the very trees he'd helped pin her against. She was shocked, but she had no time to contemplate the matter. Mimicking the birds, she burst forth and flapped those ridiculously huge wings with all of her might, clumsily lurching into the sky. The branches and twigs cut at her legs and ripped at her new-found feathers, but in moments she was out of their clutches and into the sky, free. Shoshana laughed hysterically at first, finding this whole thing fairly ridiculous, but oh would the horses back home FAWN over her now, with these glorious wings. Minutes went by as she made her way over the forest and toward her herd, and started to make her descent. About ten minutes after her miraculous escape, suddenly, the wings disappeared. Shoshana found herself plummeting towards the earth, crashing headlong and somersaulting in a patch of grass. Coming to her senses, she shook her head and lurched back up, glancing back at her withers. They were JUST THERE. She snorted irritatedly, and started back toward the herd. Noticing her ruffled appearance, a few of the others rushed towards her. "My gods...what happened to you?" "Are you hurt?" As they swarmed, another group simply watched, remembering very well the old Shoshana, and believing her up to the old tricks. Shoshana explained how she was raped, her confidence faltering somewhat as it was the scariest thing that had ever happened to her and had somewhat turned her world upside down, and then how she had extraordinarily grown the wings out of the strange markings she had on her shoulders, which had taken precedence over the traumatizing event in her mind, somewhat scrubbing it out.

The younger ones believed her, fawned over her like she imagined, while the older ones who knew better simply scoffed. Growing wings...that was ridiculous. Where was the proof? How convenient that they would disappear when she approached. It was clearly time to get rid of this bad seed once and for all. In the night, three of the eldest members of the herd, those who watched her grow up, gently nudged her awake and took her aside. "You are nothing but a negative force, Shoshana. So self absorbed, you are tainting our foals with your lies and filling their heads and hearts with the same void that is within you. Leave us. We never want to see hair nor hide of you again." "What shall I do for a herd? Clearly there are dangers out there that I cannot face on my own! " Shoshana said desperately, sinking back into that lowly humility she found the first time she had been brought back to earth. It was no use trying to convince them of her story...she could see that now. "I don't know...maybe those stallions will adopt you. They seem to be doing well for themselves." One of them said callously, before leaving her alone in the darkness.

It was not as traumatic out there as her day away from the herd had painted it to be. She lived a solitary life, beautiful yet banished. Every creature in the area seemed to know of her lies, and scorned her, never wanting her around to spread her poisonous untruths. Eventually she birthed a child, fathered by one of the nameless stallions of the forest. Not knowing how to take care of it, never caring to observe the mares in the herd when they foaled, it died a few days after being born.

Two or three years after her banishment, she saw another equine. It was like a mirage...he was so beautiful. Never had she met her match before, and he even had wings, things which she even started to doubt in her mind existed on/in herself. He seemed somewhat lost, and desperate for interaction, she approached him. He loved himself just as she did, and they seemed to go together perfectly. They took turns fawning over each other, she would twist flowers into his long curly mane, and slowly they traveled east. Even though they seemed to share one soul, there was something about him that seemed off in the back of Shoshana's mind. There was a coldness to him...or perhaps a rehearsed quality which made it seem so insincere. She gave it over to the fact that she'd never been attracted to another before, and didn't make a big deal, desperate to keep him with her. In about two weeks time, they found themselves at an old castle, crumbling and time-worn. Plants were winding themselves around the statues and gates, cracks blooming somewhat ominous white flowers with red fringes, looking as if they'd been dipped in blood. He stood at the gate, looking emptier than she'd ever seen him. "Saenic, what's wrong?" She cooed, stepping forward to nuzzle under his chin, as he stepped away, holding his head high. "Go inside...this is where we'll rest for the evening. It looks like rain and I'd hate to ruin my curls." He added, throwing the last phrase in her to make it seem perhaps more in character. She agreed and made her way in, chills running up and down her spine for no apparent reason other than the cold wind sliding through the abandoned courtyard. It all happened in a moment, then, her capture. A flash of red and a wicked smile was all she remembered from before she woke up in a dank cell, rats devouring what was apparently supposed to be her meal.

I would continue, but I'd like to save SOME of the suspense! If I get her, she will appear as kind of a demo of what the DS comic will be like.
But now you all can ponder on:
How do her eyes get removed?
Who is the mare with the green mane?
How does she get out?
Does she really have those wings, or did she make it up out of the trauma of the rape?
and etc.
