I actually liked the previous one more. And I have to admit that I very much dislike that the users wallpaper would show to others. Users data should not be accessible until the user has logged in. Be it that I have Justin Bieber or naked pics of my girlfriend as a wallpaper or just a flower, I would not want anyone to see my stuff. Maybe if I am the only user or if it is optional, but as default I would oppose it.

All this even if this looks very nice.

I agree. I mean... my computer is in my room but I let my little sister (7) get on it, I even made her an account (I only use Elementary Os). I'm EXACTLY 7 years older than her and it doesn't matter my age but my wallpaper isn't exactly child friendly.

I agree with the below. It should be a feature that the user can turn on and off. Like, usually only the Admin account can enable certain features but maybe you can let secondary users choose also? Just an idea

I think it should be an option, turned off by default.

An the login animation would be just unblurring the background.

I'm totally putting a naked pic of Justin Bieber tiled on my desktop.

No flowers because that's gay.

Whoa!!!
Totally Awesome!
If this was to be used on the actual os then better along with transitions and animations!

I want this one! It's much better than the one being implemented.

I think the password box and login button could merge better with the background, but other than that it's perfect.

Yea, I think login screen must be more similar to user desktop

Although I really like the one the Elementary team have started implementing I think this one is much more consistent with the rest of the desktop. Looks great, have you contacted anyone from the Elementary team to see what they think?
