It is finally done. I'm glad it turned out the way it did. I wanted to participate in creating this for the sake & cause of someone special to *dv81 . Once again, I had a really good time working with him. He showed me the cityscape and I just couldn't refuse to collab. He created the beautiful city and ships. *dv81 is a highly talented individual and is very generous and courteous. I went for something a little more original this time and created something different in space. Overall, it was a great learning experience and I am glad I helped create something for a good cause. A lot of thought went into this. I am sure she will love it.

I have one gripe about this, and that's the buildings in the backround. They seem to have a repeat of themselves.

that is INCREDIBLE!!!! That is a word I use very rarely when I am critiquing artwork because it is very strong... but this work is well worth it. My favourite part of it is not the city-scape itself but the sky above which seems to form its own subjective city-scape all within itself. This is definitely a work which makes you question What IS really out there?
