The Yeth'n are a savage tribalistic race found throughout the deserts of Yaadren. These monstrous looking people have are well suited to the harsh deserts they call home, with skin like sand that offers natural camouflage. Their faces are notably skeletal in shape with a bony covering that offers protection. Additionally both male and females have fleshy dreadlocks to which may or may not serve an actual function. Some speculating that the dreads can store nutrients and water that allow them to more easily survive the barren wastes.

Yeth'n are a scattered nomadic race, existing in tight-knit tribal communities and groups that move from place to place to avoid deadly mana storms constantly encroaching into the wasteland. Each tribe's members often paint their bodies and faces with paints and other materials as a form of representing their own tribe. Yeth'n culture seems to often gravitate towards raiding and banditry, terrorizing travelers and anyone who dares to step foot into the wasteland—killing, stealing, and sometimes even hunting other people to be eaten (other races and other Yeth'n tribes included). Due to this common behavior and culture, Yeth'n are viewed as a danger and pest not to be trusted and to be avoided. The R.E.A. (Remnant Expeditionary Army), Gishaal, human raiders, travelers crossing over into Yaadren from the World Spheres, and even other Yeth'n tribes are constant victims and foes. Yeth'n however often avoid the serpentine Saan'ashi, out of either fear or respect—likely fear. Though despite this, not all Yeth'n are hostile and aggressive marauders terrorizing the wasteland. Some tribes are simple hunter gatherers and scavengers, and due to Yeth'n tribes commonly marking their bodies—they can more easily be identified and distinguished from more hostile tribes.

Yeth'n religion is complex, often differing from tribe to tribe. Most of their religions and beliefs however revolve around ancestors, a variety of gods, elements, spirits, and even animals. The bone Roc in particular is held in high regard, and these bony featherless birds are known to be tamed and ridden upon by some tribes.
