Story: After they foiled The Underminer's plan, Helen Knable is doused with Inflatium and stress causes her to blow up like a balloon. Now the gang needs to keep her calm or else she'll explode.

Plot: After the D101 Family foil The Underminer's raid on a weapons lab, a tube of Inflatium accidentally spills onto Helen, causing her body to expand like a balloon whenever she gets angry and risk popping if it expands too much. The other toons try to keep Helen relaxed as she attempts to remain somewhat active in the unit, but when they are unable to prevent her from getting angry, they persuade her to work inside the mansion at a desk instead of going out on missions. But when the others set out when The Underminer makes another attempt on the weapons lab, they are soon captured and Helen has no choice but to go after them in her inflated state. Her condition winds up protecting her as The Underminer fires weapons at her with no effect, with Helen also able to use her body to attack The Underminer as well. When Vanellope arrives and inadvertently pins down The Underminer, however, The Underminer gloats that Helen was not the one to defeat him, which angers Helen to the point of finally popping. But rather than having blown apart, a normal-size Helen emerges from within her burst outer body. Vanellope then spills Inflatium on herself, and Helen rides her through the street.
