I actually finished this before Inktober and put it on the site but didn't upload it here until now for whatever reason.
NAME squid (Non-abyssal Macropredatory Eldritch squid, also NAMES) are one of the weirdest animals alive two million years hence. These immense cephalopods are specialized in taking down large prey, wrestling them and tearing them apart. They are some of the first of the tanksquids, a new lineage of squids that were birthed thanks to the perfect storm of contributing factors.
Also, their name is because I couldn't think of a name but a genius on Discord suggested that I make their placeholder an acronym, so I did.
