Description
This is a picture I made of one of my characters I am using for a Pokemon RP I am hosting.This is one of my character, Amy, who has been transformed into a Vaporeon Pokemorph.
In the RP, many of the trainers are subjected to genetic mutation by an evil group known as Enigma.
Rosetta investigates the situation with her friends and becomes of victim of their mutations.
As a Vaporeon, she has an array of water and other attacks, including Surf, Ice Beam, Signal Beam and Water Pulse.
I included a Vaporeon in the pic for both colour reference and comparison

Most of them, yes. All a Vaporeon can do on its own theoretically, like swim and breath under water, but only the 4 moves listed above as a attacks: Surf, Ice Beam, Signal Beam and Water Pulse. But she can't turn into water, since she doesn't know Acid Armour for example.

Okay, I thought it was a natural ability for a Vaporeon to be able to turn into water, not cause of Acid Armor.

Yeah, as I understood it, it was Acid Armour it uses that lets them turn into water, it's what trainers call out when Vaporeons do it.

Okay, I heard that too but I've also heard that it is a natural ability of Vaporeon's and all the game says is that Vaporeon can melt into water, doesn't say how it does this.
