why?

Because some GENIOUS had the amazing idea to clean the city water tanks yesterday, cutting the water for 15 hours, before at least a day and half of rain and snow incoming, so here i am, at 2 am and with -7 C, washing SOME clothes (the washing amchine will need 2 loads) now that can depite literally everything is froze outside. Is now or the clothes never will had a chance to dry (remember that my house doesnt recive sun until late august because i live near a hill)
