Description
It's been a while since I've drawn a cat! This one started off as a doodle because I didn't have many ideas at the time, but I liked it and decided to finish it. I tried to make this guy look like the type of suspicious character you'd see in some animated movie. He'll probably try to make a deal with the main character or something.
Also I upgraded to the newest version of Medibang Paint recently and have been messing around with the new filters. For this I tried to go for that slightly fuzzy old tv look.

Completely unrelated but it's forest fire season around here and we've got some really bad ones right now. It's giving the sunlight a bit of an orange tint which is kinda pretty until you remember it's from all of the smoke.
